Vacation schemes

Start to get under the surface of what it’s like to be a trainee lawyer, with our paid vacation schemes. In Hong Kong, we offer two summer vacation schemes. Through them, you’ll find your best chance to get to know us, and for us to get to know you. That’s why these schemes are also your best route to a training contract with us, with many vacation schemers returning as trainees.

Summer vacation scheme

Our summer vacation scheme is open to penultimate and final year law students. On this three-week experience, you’ll find a deeper understanding of the world of law, and you’ll leave feeling part of our team. With a buddy trainee and a supervising partner or associate on hand, you’ll be a part of working life at the firm, attending social events, doing vital research and drafting work, and even meeting with clients. It’s a packed schedule but by the end, you’ll have a strong sense of whether we’re right for you – and you for us. The scheme dates are:

Scheme intake 1: 1 June – 19 June, 2020
Scheme intake 2: 6 July – 24 July, 2020
