Where else can you meet us

We are attending law fairs at the following universities this year:

Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Durham, Exeter, KCL, Leeds, LSE, Nottingham, Oxford, Queen Mary, UCL, Warwick and York.

If we don't visit your university, don't worry. Why not attend one of our open days or BreakThrough events? They're a great opportunity to meet people and find out about our graduate opportunities and application process.

You can also keep up to date with our events and application deadlines by following us on Facebook and registering your interest here to receive regular updates via email.

I think I was genuinely very surprised to see how many people were willing to help me with my career progression. It wasn’t just my immediate group.

Emma Sutcliffe,
Partner

The highlight for me so far has been running a share buy-back during my second seat in Corporate. It was a great opportunity to work independently with minimal Associate and Partner involvement.

Jon Dodds,
Trainee

I was working on a deal and the trainees and myself had been working quite long hours and we had planned to go out for dinner to celebrate. It turned out that we were still working and it got to about 8pm and the partner said ‘You all deserve the night off, why don’t you give this to me and you all go out for dinner’ and that really stuck out to me as an example of what a nice place this is to work because it was very much a team effort.

Shachi Nathdwarawala,
Associate

I attend Battersea Legal Advice Centre once a month on Monday evenings and meet different clients with various legal problems that I wouldn’t encounter at work. I’ve also done the Access to Justice programme.

Abby Thompson,
Trainee

I was the first person at Simmons & Simmons in the Dispute Resolution group to automate a document and a settlement agreement and I’m actually learning coding at the moment.

Tessa Jones,
Supervising Associate
